Consult the table below to verify whether your computer can support Balochi.
If your browser can display the Nastaliq script, the text next to Your computer will look most similar to the image next to Correct rendering.
If they do not look the same, compare your browser's text with the other images in the table to diagnose the problem.

Font installation instructions
Note: The following fonts only need to be installed if your computer has failed the above test.
Windows 2000 / XP
- Obtain Nastaliq Unicode NFLC IE6.ttf and download it to a temporary location on your harddrive.
- Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel and open the Fonts folder.
- Drag and drop the file into the newly opened window
- Come to this page again and press "View Sample Text" to verify that text now appears in the new type-face.
Mac OS X
- Obtain Nafees.ttf and download it to a temporary location on your harddrive.
- Double click the file to open it in Font Book, then click "Install Font"
Script display issues
Windows XP
If the text displayed under "Your computer" appears like the image next to "Script not supported" you may need to install additional components.
These instructions require Administrator privileges and a Windows XP install CD. If you do not have Administrative access, please consult with your local IT Support.
- Go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Language. If you do not see "Regional and Language Options," go to Control Panel -> Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options -> Regional and Language Options -> Language.
- Check the "Install files for complex scripts and right-to-left languages" option, then click "OK".
- Follow the instructions on the screen. When complete, you may need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
Mac OS X
The Nastaliq script is currently able to display only on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) in Safari 4.0+. No font installation should be necessary with these configuration.
Please press the "View Sample Text" button to verify that Balochi is displaying correctly.
